I originally reproed this in an XP SP3 VM in Hyper-V, but want to confirm it for Server 2003 too.
On a 32-bit Server 2003 SP2 machine with the latest ntoskrnl update:
1. set /NOEXECUTE=OPTOUT in boot.ini
2. open a full screen command prompt
3. start EDIT or DEBUG or any other DOS app
4. NTVDM should crash.
